I know some of y'all want those recipes with actual, specific measurements. I just don't roll that way. Like my mama, I tend to eyeball and taste dishes to my personal preference, so this is the best guidance I can give you. (I never claimed to be Queen of the Kitchen.)
This is worth trying ... I know the combination might seem unusual. But it flat out works.
Yes, I know onions have carbs ... but they definitely add a little kick to balance out the sweetness of the BBQ sauce.
Speaking of BBQ sauce, these are the two I use most often:
G Hughes BBQ Sauce (contain sucralose, which isn’t my favorite sweetener … but it is a better choice for me than what I used to use!) https://amzn.to/3ywCsJf
Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ (contains more allulose than sucralose, which I like) https://amzn.to/3AEHwOs

This summer, it's time to get creative with your exercise. Your kiddos are home from school, your schedule may be a bit more flexible, and the weather is incredible!
Maybe try a few at-home workouts you find for FREE on YouTube. Or, even hop in the neighborhood pool for a couple of laps, and then grab your kiddos and go for a bike ride. Whatever your choice of movement, make sure your number one goal is to have FUN!
Often, we take exercise way too seriously. We sign up for a HUGE undertaking with a personal trainer, commit our wallets and time to a gym that is not even en route to our workplaces, and believe in our hearts that anything less than an hour-long workout is pointless.
This is just NOT TRUE! As long as your body is moving, your heart and brain and soul will most definitely thank you!
So grab your headphones and enjoy this podcast from the KETO-SIStas while you clean those dreaded bathrooms and change ALL the sheets in the house. (Yes, cleaning is an excellent form of exercise and TOTALLY counts.) This story will encourage you for sure!
And if you choose to exercise outside, enjoy an added bonus of Vitamin D!
