
It's official ... at least here in the United States. Summer is over, and we are into autumn.
In Kentucky, fall can be a beautiful season. The weather is usually fairly moderate, the colorful π leaves π make for gorgeous scenery, and there is still plenty of sunshine βοΈ.
But we know what is around the corner ... much colder temperatures will have many of us hibernating inside soon. π₯Ά

So, with our Fall Fitness Challenge, we are asking you to do three very specific things:
1) take advantage of every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors,
2) establish a plan for exercise and activity that can be enjoyed indoors when the weather doesn't cooperate, and

What even happens on a Tuesday besides tacos? Monday is so fresh, so full of hope. Wednesday is hump day, so itβs at least coming with a title.
