Empowerment. Make women stronger and more confident. Promote their self worth and their ability to make their own choices.

Rebecca and Bridgette were friends first and business partners second.

The 21 Day Real Life Keto Challenge began as a dream to help give women a place to learn the keto lifestyle in small daily steps and to help encourage women to be the best version of themselves.

This has led us to today where thousands of women have gone through the challenge. Some several times over.

My name is Susan. I am a wife, a mother, a woman over 50. I first saw an ad for the challenge in November of 2020. Here I was, at my highest ever weight, my son had just gotten engaged. I knew that I needed something but I didn’t know what. Up to this point I had never answered a Facebook ad or bought anything over Facebook. I watched a video on the ad and thought to myself, “I could be friends with these two. I think they can help me” So I signed up and paid my entry fee.

That first day I was scared. I didn’t know what to expect. I just wanted to learn a little about keto. I had heard some stuff but was on the fence if this was really a lifestyle that I could follow long term. After that first week I was all in.

The community has changed my life for the better. I now have changed every aspect of not only how I look at food but what I think about myself. The challenge showed me that it’s not just about weight. It’s also how I felt on a day to day basis.

We as women are taught many bad habits concerning our appearance and going through the challenge changes all of that.

“We started this to help people with their physical health but it quickly became clear that the keto diet was just a tool to start conversations and awareness leading to an overall journey,” says Rebecca Hannifan, co-founder.

“We know how overwhelming the keto lifestyle is for people and we wanted to help everyone know that the benefits of ketosis are attainable even without perfect tracking.” says Bridgette Campbell, co-founder. “I love seeing how our community grows with ladies who learn to embrace themselves and others on their journey toward 1% better.”

“We wanted to break through the noise and confusion to give people small simple steps to move toward better and give them permission to select a “less than perfect” lifestyle that serves them on that journey.”

So, if you are ready to join us here in the KETO-SIStas world we would love to have you.
